CharmCityHomes offers our landlord members many benefits including
the funneling of “pre-qualified” tenants for your properties directly
to you. With the aid of the Charmcityhomes advertising engine,
we have the ability to drive tenants who register and search in your
area directly to you for rental or purchase in a streamlined and efficient manner. The tenant matching to a landlord is not just about giving you a tenant name who can rent your property, we do more. We offer you only “qualified” tenants who have had background and credit checks performed before they come to you. We have 3 levels of tenants based on rental or purchase history, credit history and referral history from previous landlords. They are Gold, Silver and Bronze.
A Gold Star Tenant has an unblemished credit history and personal
referrals from previous landlords or mortgage holders. We do rigorous
checks on our tenant members requesting to be included in the Gold
Star Club. We contact the tenants’ reference first and ask for
evidence of their payment history. We require these tenants to
provide payment history that goes back 5 years. These tenants have
a credit score of 650 or better.
A Silver Star Tenant has been through the credit checks and has
provided letters of recommendations from previous landlords or
mortgage holders. These tenants have a credit score
between 620 and 675 and have shown responsible payment history with
their creditors. We require these tenants to provide us payment
history evidence that goes back 3 years.
A Bronze Star Tenant has been through credit checks and provided us
with rental or payment history going back at least 2 years.
This tenant may show some credit issues but must provide written
explanation for each issue.
Basic Tenant is our program for folks whose credit does not meet
the Gold, Silver or Bronze level of certification. We will work
with them to get their credit score up and help them locate potential
properties that are within their means.
The CharmCityHomes Tenant Insurance program offers our landlords a
low cost rent insurance policy. We will guarantee that your tenants
will pay their rents or we will make the payment for them.
Though the CCH website you can schedule property/rental showings,
manage your tenants’ information and tie directly to our tenant
payment history database.

amenities and other criteria. Once you join as tenant member and give us some basic information on what you desire in your new residence,
will send you email alerts on new properties that become available that match your criteria. Your information will be protected and not
given to a landlord or real estate agent unless you say so.
With the aid of the Charmcityhomes property search engine, you have the ability find your new home quickly and securely. We match our
tenant members to prospective landlords based on your qualifications. At CharmCityHome we know that matching the right tenant to the right

There are 3 levels to join CharmCityHomes as a tenant member. They are: Gold, Silver and Bronze. If you can’t meet the requirements of
each of these levels you can still benefit from our services by just joining as a basic tenant member. These ratings are provided to only
landlords that you approve and will expedite your placement and rental process to just a few days.
As a tenant member we guarantee to match you to your dream home or apartment and to landlords who have been screened through the CharmCityHomes
landlord qualification process. We give you access to our landlord database and landlord rental history which contains tenant ratings of the
landlords based on the level of service landlords have provided to other tenant members. Your information will be kept anonymous and confidential.
